The basics of Yoga will be covered in these six week beginner series. Each week will build on one another. There are ways to modify almost any yoga posture to accommodate most common human ailments such as arthritis or back problems. Yoga may even help many people to improve these conditions. Each student will progress as they are ready.
Upon completing the 6 weeks, you will be able to practice yoga on your own or move into one of the All level classes.
This series is ideal for beginners! It is also great for current Yoga students that want to revisit the basics or get a broader understanding of Yoga.Series cost is $65.00 |

Tai chi, both moving meditation and martial art, is a widely practiced form of the ancient Chinese self-care practice.
Tai Chi Easy™, created by master teacher Roger Jahnke, consists of 5 traditional TaiChi movements which are fun, easy to learn, and immediately beneficial. Health benefits include stress relief, balance, heart health, immune boost, and mental focus.
Janet Rhode has been teaching Qigong for several years. Having trained with several masters, she has been certified by IIQTC ( Institute of Integral Qigong and TaiChi) for Qigong and has just received certification from IIQTC for TaiChi Easy.
