Beginners II Yoga Series with Richard Trzcinski

6 Week Series from  Feb 17th to March 24th

Cost for this series is $55

 

This six-week series of classes is an extension of the six-week Beginner Yoga Series Rick is currently conducting. Pre-requisites for this are either a  six-week Beginner Yoga Series or comparable experience. Students should have a basic level of health and fitness. He will review and build on the lessons from the first series. Each class will begin with a brief breathing practice, basic yoga warm up stretches, and then detailed instruction for classic yoga postures. These postures will be linked together for short basic vinyasas that create vitality and a sense of well being. Deeper stretches and relaxation postures will complete each class session. This series will have a minimum and maximum so we would appreciate registrations quickly. The Series will be limited to 12 students to assure that each participant gets adequate attention.

You are welcome to join either of the ongoing yoga beginner classes at 4:30 on Monday or 6:00 on Tuesday.  These classes are appropriate for everyone.

Beginner Level Chair Yoga classes are also available on Mondays at 3:15

Beginners Yoga Series with Corine Baerwald

The basics of Yoga will be covered in this six week beginner series. Each class will build on one another.  There are ways to modify almost any yoga posture to accommodate most common human ailments such as arthritis or back problems. Yoga may even help many people to improve these conditions. Each student will progress as they are ready. Upon completing the 6 weeks, you will be able to practice yoga on your own or move into one of the All level classes.

 

This series is ideal for beginners!  It is also great for current Yoga students  that want to revisit the basics or get a broader understanding of Yoga.
